Centrally located at the beginning of City Avenue in the Madison building of “Presidential City Apartments” 3900 City Avenue and Presidential Blvd, Franco’s Osteria combines cuisine and atmosphere to create a memorable dining experience in a friendly and comfortable environment. Close to the Main Line, the Northeast, Chestnut Hill, Mt. Airy and Manayunk, Roxborough, Center City and Drexel Hill, right off the Schuylkill Expressway at City Avenue (US 1 South) exit.
Enjoy the sun and breeze sipping a glass of Pinot Grigio, a cold Limoncello Martini or a cool Moretti beer on tap, surrounded by flowers and lush annual green, while classic Italian tunes fill the terrace, overlooking City Avenue.
